Alaka Korchema
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from the Alaka Korchema farm in Guji, produced by Aman Adinew and Tariku Adinew through METAD. Grown at over 2,000 meters in a semi-forest system with native climax trees, the plots are planted with JARC varieties 74140, 74110, 74112, 75227 and native heirloom. Cherries are hand-harvested and dried on traditional African raised beds for three to four weeks. Natural processed, roasted for filter. Tasting notes of peach cobbler, elderflower and blackberry compote.
