Summary

Washed Heirloom coffee from the Echemo farm of producer Khalid Shifa in Goma, Jimma, Ethiopia, grown at around 2100 masl. The farm was established by his grandfather from wild-growing heirloom trees of the nearby Choche forest and is farmed organically across 35 hectares. Bright and intensely floral, with notes of jasmine, orange blossoms, lemongrass, white tea, peach and wild honey. As espresso it shows sweet citrus, a syrupy mouthfeel and honey-like sweetness; with milk, orange cream and floral tea.
