Summary
Natural-processed Heirloom coffee from producer Khalid Shifa, grown on the Echemo farm in the Goma area of Jimma, Ethiopia, at around 2100 masl. The farm was established by his grandfather from wild-growing heirloom trees of the nearby Choche forest and is farmed organically across 35 hectares. Filter brewing gives a bright, syrupy cup with black tea, citrus jam, honey-like sweetness and mixed stone fruits; as espresso it shows stone fruits, ripe mandarin and dark honey with a velvety mouthfeel.
