Kenya - Kamunyaka Natural
Summary
Natural-processed Kenyan Arabica from the Kamunyaka wet mill on the slopes of Mount Kenya in Nyeri County, part of the Iria-ini Farmers Cooperative Society. Smallholder farmers deliver cherries that are depulped, fermented, washed and slowly dried on raised beds. Grown at approximately 1750-1800 masl, the SL28 and SL34 varieties give a vibrant, jammy cup with lemonade-like acidity and notes of dark grapes, sweet citrus, raspberries, orange citrus, honeysuckle and black tea.
