Summary

Single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca Las Flores, produced by Jhoan Vergara in Acevedo, Huila at 1,750 m. The Pink Bourbon variety undergoes a multi-stage anaerobic washed process: 38 hours of anaerobic fermentation, a 12-hour oxidation phase, then 36 hours of further anaerobic fermentation after depulping, followed by washing and 36 hours of drying in dehumidification facilities. The result is a juicy, complex fruitiness with delicate floral elegance. Aroma notes of stone fruit, lime and mandarin, intense sweetness, medium-intense acidity and a light body.
