Summary
Espresso Deep Red is a blend of 50% Brazil and 50% El Salvador coffees, from Fazenda Capim Branco in Cerrado Mineiro and Los Ausoles Washing Station in Apaneca Llamatepec. The blend comprises Bourbon, Pacas and Catuai varieties, processed by dry and washed methods. Roasted dark at the beginning of second crack, it offers low to medium acidity, medium to intensive sweetness, syrupy mouthfeel and flavours of chocolate, nut and caramel.
