Venezuelan specialty coffee from Víctor Montilla's farm El Linaje in Boconó, Trujillo. Grown in an agroforestry system with banana and native shade trees, without chemical inputs. Villanueva variety, honey processed: fermented 48 hours as whole cherry, then pulped and fermented again 48 hours with its own mosto. Tasting notes of grape, hibiscus, and cherry. The producer was recognized at EICEV 2023 with a score of 90.11 points.
