Summary

Golden Rule Espresso Blend from Padre Coffee combines 50% Guatemala Huehuetenango and 50% Papua New Guinea Kongo Premium AX. The Guatemalan component is fully washed and uses Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai varieties grown at 1200+ masl by Unex Exporters; the Papua New Guinean component is washed Typica from smallholder farmers in the Simbu region of the Central Highlands at 1500+ masl. The blend is sweet and complex with a big, buttery body, orange acidity, and flavours of stone fruits, macadamia, dark chocolate and maple syrup sweetness.
