Don Lito is a Costa Rican coffee from the Tarrazu region, produced by Bernan Ureña. The Catuai variety is processed using the white honey method and grown at 1600 meters above sea level. It offers a medium body with elegant, complex acidity and a round, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor notes include apple, milk chocolate, and hazelnut. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
