Cascara
Summary
Cascara from Costa Rica's West Valley, produced by Ricardo Perez at Finca Santa Lucia. Made from dried coffee cherry pulp of Caturra, Catuai, and Villalobos varieties, processed by dehydration. Brews a flavorful tea with notes of honeydew melon, apricot, and black tea. A gentle pick-me-up that celebrates the whole coffee plant.
