This single-origin washed coffee comes from Finca Argentina, owned by the Martinez family, in the Apaneca-Ilamtepec mountain range of El Salvador. Grown at 1,300 metres above sea level on 35 hectares of seven distinct plots, the farm produces the Centroamericano H1 variety, a Sarchimor F1 hybrid known for leaf rust resistance and high yield. The cup offers lemon, black tea and nutmeg flavours with a medium dark roast.
