Bolivia: La Avanzada
Summary
A honey-processed coffee from Bolivia, grown by Jeivert Pañuni at his farm La Avanzada in the Irupana region of the Yungas. The lot is a mix of Typica, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, cultivated at 1,500–1,750 meters above sea level. The cup is juicy with notes of mango, lychee, papaya, raspberry, blackberry, and redcurrant, finishing with sweet cooked apple. Roasted medium to medium-dark to balance bright fruit and sweetness.
