Summary
A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Colombia, grown in the Popayan, Cauca region at 1500-2070 masl. Processed using the Sugarcane (EA) decaffeination method with Ethyl Acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. Varieties include Castillo, Cattura, and Bourbon. Flavour profile features caramel, hazelnut, and flame raisins, with nutty praline chocolate flavours, syrupy plum fruits, smooth acidity and a good mouthfeel. Suitable for all brewing methods including filter and espresso.
