Summary

Burundi Dusangirijambo is a 100% Arabica washed coffee from the Kayanza region of Burundi, grown at 1800-1950 meters above sea level. The Dusangirijambo cooperative, located on Mururui hill in Sogestal Kayanza, sources cherries from over 400 smallholder farmers. Cherries are fermented overnight in water and dried on African beds for 14-20 days. The cup offers floral hibiscus aromas with juicy raspberry, sweet peach, and delicate chocolate notes — wild yet soft. Recommended for Dripper, Aeropress, Chemex, and also suitable as espresso.
