Ethiopia Buku Abel #2
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region, produced by the Buku Abel Washing Station, which collects cherries from around 500 smallholders farming 0.5–2 hectares in garden and semi-forest systems at 1,900–2,100 m. Local heirloom varieties are processed naturally: whole cherries are carefully sorted and dried in the sun on raised African beds for roughly 18–21 days. The cup is floral and fruity with notes of violets, pineapple and vanilla, high body, high acidity and lingering sweetness. Roasted medium for espresso.
