Grown at 1800 meters altitude, the coffee is of the Red Caturra and Catuai varieties and processed using the honey method. It has a medium roast developed for espresso, scoring 87 points on the Q Grading scale. The cup profile features notes of raspberry, floral, and chocolate with a medium-to-full body, juicy texture, and balanced acidity.
