Grown at 1800-2100m altitude, this lot is processed using the Red Honey method involving 4 days of anaerobic fermentation followed by 20 days of sun drying on raised beds. The coffee scored 90 points in QGrading evaluation. It offers a complex, floral and fruity profile with notes of jasmine, raspberry, and orange blossom, with medium body and balanced acidity.
