Sail Ship is a single-origin coffee from Brazil, produced by Carmen Lúcia Chaves de Brito at Caxambu farm in Três Pontas, Sul de Minas region. Grown at 970–1,200 masl, this Yellow Catuai variety is naturally processed. It offers tasting notes of raisin, hazelnut and milk chocolate with mild apple acidity, a medium creamy body and a short dried fruit finish. The coffee was transported by sail across the Atlantic to reduce carbon emissions. Roasted for espresso. Cup score of 84.5.
