Das Almas is a Brazilian coffee from the Cabo Verde, Sul de Minas region, produced by Adriano & Matheus Muniz at Fazenda Das Almas. This Natural processed coffee combines Mundo Novo, Red & Yellow Catuai, Catucai, Rubi, Icatu and Red Bourbon varieties, grown at 1,150 masl. It delivers a bold, rich and full-flavoured cup with notes of dark chocolate, cherry and raisin, featuring mellow acidity, a rich creamy body and a lingering cocoa finish. Half of this coffee was shipped by sailboat as part of Origin's commitment to reducing carbon footprint.
