Ecuador El Dorado Gesha is a single-origin coffee from the El Dorado farm in Loja, Ecuador, established in 2017 by the Elder family in partnership with Bernard Uhe and CVM. Grown at 1800 MASL, this Gesha variety undergoes a washed process and is raised-bed dried. Roasted to an ultra light level (Agtron #134) on a Diedrich CR-35 roaster, it is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. The cup profile features notes of apricot, orange blossom, honeydew, and palm sugar. It scored 88 points in cupping.
