Summary
Ecuador La Soledad Typica is a single-origin coffee from Finca Soledad, produced by Pepe Jijon in the Intag Valley region of Ecuador. Grown at 1600 MASL, this Typica variety undergoes a dry washed process — depulped and dry fermented for 24 hours, channel washed, then raised-bed dried for approximately 15 days. Roasted to an expressive dark level (Agtron #102.1) on a Diedrich CR-35, suitable for both filter and espresso. Flavour notes include white honey melon, toasted almond, and plum. Cupping score: 87.5.
