Producer Jose Alberto Lopez Armas and his family have been cultivating coffee for about 38 years, focusing on quality since winning a prize in 1999. The coffee is grown at 1500-1720 meters and processed using the washed method. It offers a rich body, balanced acidity, and a praline-like mouthfeel with floral, perfumed aromatics reminiscent of Turkish delight. Notes include praliné, pistachio, and Turkish delight. Roasted for espresso but versatile across brew methods.
