This washed Bourbon coffee comes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, produced by the SOPACDI cooperative's Women's Coffee Project. Grown at 1900-2200 meters in the Kalehe territory near Lake Kivu, it offers notes of white grape, brown sugar, and lime. The coffee is organically and Fair Trade certified, and is lightly roasted for filter brewing.
