Summary

The coffee is cultivated using shade-grown systems with biodiversity preservation. Varieties include Colombia, Caturra, Typica, and Castillo. After picking, beans are floated, pulped, fermented for 14-20 hours, washed, and sun-dried on parabolic driers or patios for 8-15 days. Tasting notes: cherries, raspberry jam, and hibiscus. Described as a very citrusy coffee suitable for refreshing cold coffee.
