Summary
A decaffeinated specialty coffee from Ethiopia, Sidamo region, Taferi Kela, produced by Hester & Dawit at the Bette Buna station. The coffee is of the Heirloom variety, grown at 1900-2100 meters elevation. It undergoes extended natural processing followed by sugarcane (ethyl acetate) decaffeination in Germany.
