A cold brew blend designed for cold extraction, combining a natural Ethiopian coffee from the Bette Buna project in Sidamo (producers Hester & Dawit) and an anaerobic Costa Rican coffee from Roberto Mata Naranjo's Las Nubes Amarillo farm in Tarrazu. Varieties include Heirloom and Caturra, grown at 1850-2100m. The cup profile features tropical fruits, cherries in chocolate, blackberry jam, floral notes, black tea, and caramel sweetness with a syrupy body.
