Summary

Ethiopia Union is a blend of coffees from Ethiopia, combining lots from three washing stations: Aricha, Refisa, and Fahmi. It brings together coffee from farmers Faysel Yonis and Aman Adinew, sourced from the Yirgacheffe, West Arsi, and Guji regions at 1800–2000 meters elevation. The blend uses three processing methods: natural (Aricha), washed (Refisa), and experimental (Fahmi). Flavour profile includes pomegranate, nectarine, jasmine, citrus freshness, and subtle anise. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
