This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Gatta station in Shantawene village, Sidama region, and is produced by Asefa Dukamo of Daye Bensa. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee with a velvety, caramel-sweet profile featuring tropical fruit, cherry, and a subtle rum character. Grown at 2120–2210 meters above sea level. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
