Summary

Single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Agaro, Jimma Zone region, produced by female coffee farmers on smallholdings. Processed at the Telila washing station using the fully washed method: 24-hour soaking in river water, then sun-dried on raised beds for 15 days. Heirloom varietal grown at 1,950-2,000 MASL. Roasted by Odd Kin in Bristol for filter brewing. Tasting notes include mango, golden kiwi, and almonds.
