Summary
This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region is produced by smallholder farmers associated with the Wete Ambela Coffee Export PLC washing station in Banko Gotiti. Grown at 2000–2350 masl, the farms yield a vibrant cup with notes of mandarin, honey lemon, yellow peach, and jasmine. Varieties include Dega, Wolisho, Kurume, and JARC 74110. Cherries are handpicked, pulped, soaked for 48 hours, and dried on African beds for 18–21 days.
