El Salvador Los Pirineos
Summary
Los Pirineos is a historic family-run specialty coffee farm on the Tecapa volcano in Usulután, eastern El Salvador, with over 125 years of coffee cultivation, stewarded by the Baraona family and now led by fifth-generation producer Diego Baraona. Grown at 1300-1500 masl on volcanic soils, this Bourbon variety is washed and shade dried for 45-50 days, yielding clean, sweet and gentle fruit tones with notes of dried apricot, golden raisin, chocolate and roasted hazelnut.
