Nylon

Nylon Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster based in Singapore, roasting every Wednesday and Friday in small batches. They champion sustainable, traceable relationships across the coffee chain—paying producers fairly and roasting to highlight each origin's distinct character rather than masking it. Expect single origins from Brazil, Peru, and beyond, offered as both filter and espresso. Visit their cafe at Everton Park (closed Tuesdays), or get beans shipped worldwide if you're not on the island. There's a monthly subscription for the indecisive, sending curated coffees roasted fresh. One percent of annual revenue goes to environmental causes. Coffee that does a little good.
