Gayo Sesongot is an anaerobic natural processed coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia, produced by Aulia Kahfi on Rakyat Farm and neighboring outgrowers. Grown at 1,300-1,600 meters above sea level, this coffee features varieties Abyssinia, Ateng, Caturra, Gayo, Timtim, and Typica. It offers a complex sensory profile with aromas of narcissus, basil, and cedarwood, flavors of black mulberry, forest berries, cherry, orange, and cooked sweets like plum and grape pestil, complemented by chestnut, walnut, and green olives. Balanced tartaric and citric acidity, intense clean finish, and medium-high body.
