This anaerobic honey processed coffee comes from the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, located on a plateau at the foot of Mount Kerinci in Sumatra, Indonesia. The cooperative, with 320 members, grows Andung Sari and Sigarar Utang varieties at altitudes between 1400 and 1700 meters. The cup is dense with dark red fruits, molasses sweetness, and a syrupy body, featuring notes of cherry, pomegranate, vanilla toffee, and cocoa nib, with moderate malic, acetic, and tartaric acids.
