Summary
Ethiopian washed coffee from the Guji region, grown on a 50-hectare farm above 2,000 metres and produced by Shonora Coffee. The Shonora family has worked in coffee for over 40 years; the project, founded by Shonora Gata in 1988, is now led by his sons Adugna and Morkata alongside 150 local farmers. Farming is fully organic, using natural compost and shade-tree leaf litter. The heirloom variety is washed and dried on African beds, capturing the purity and floral character of Guji.
