Notes is a specialty coffee roaster based in East London, sourcing at origin and roasting in-house under Master Roaster Fabio. They run their own cafes around London—if you find yourself at one, that's what's pouring on bar. The line-up spans single origins, a seasonal house espresso that rotates origins, and compostable pods, with a subscription that saves regulars 20% on webshop purchases. New coffees drop often, from Colombian naturals to experimental Myanmar microlots. They also run The Roas-tree Club, a sustainability initiative, and partner with social enterprise Well Grounded on their Impact series. Nothing goes to waste—the Black Label series exists to make sure extraordinary coffee always finds a home.
