La Bandera | Costa Rica
Summary
La Bandera is a single-estate coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown by Diego Hidalgo on a mountainside estate near Cerro de la Muerte, whose cool mountain winds create a distinctive microclimate. The estate spans over 100,000 square metres and cultivates a range of varietals including Geisha, Typica and Catuai. This lot is Catuai, naturally processed, with a sweet, fruit-forward cup showing notes of pear, mango and almond.
