Summary
Keramo Natural is a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia, grown in the Bensa region of Sidama at 2300m altitude. It is produced from Heirloom varieties and processed using the Natural method. The coffee presents a floral aroma with jasmine notes, a light tea body, and sweet flavours of apricots, mango, peaches and tropical fruits, complemented by honey and vanilla. It is a light roast suitable for filter preparation methods such as Aeropress, Chemex, and batch brew.

Use filtered water, a scale, and freshly ground coffee. Brewed on April brewer. Total extraction time should be up to 3:00 min.
