BOLD DEER is an espresso coffee from Uganda, grown in the Rwenzori region at 2350m altitude. The coffee comes from multiple farmers in Buzemunwa village, part of the Sironko cooperative. It is composed of SL28, SL14, and Catimor varieties, processed using the Anaerobic Natural method. The roast is light, intended for espresso preparation. Flavour notes include marzipan, raspberries, and plums, with a sweet, fermented, fruity, and chocolate taste profile, full body, and medium acidity.
