Horizont
Summary
Horizont is a blend of Brazilian and Cameroonian coffees from the New Standard line. The Brazilian component comes from the Andrade brothers' farm Capim Branco in Carmo de Paranaíba, Cerrado Mineiro region. The coffee is naturally processed and features Yellow & Red Catuaí varieties grown at 1150m. It offers a balanced taste with notes of milk chocolate, peanuts, ripe fruit, cream and ripe peaches, with a full body and low acidity. Designed for espresso but also suitable for moka pot, French press, and drip coffee.

- 4.Adjust the grinding coarseness according to the extraction speed (the finer the coffee is ground, the longer the extraction time will be).
Use well-aged coffee (2-4 weeks from roast). Use high-quality filtered or bottled water. Avoid impacts with the lever after tamping to prevent channeling.
