Colombia Huila Asprotimana is a single origin coffee from the Huila region of Colombia. Grown in the volcanic soil of the Andes mountains, this high-grown Colombian Arabica is harvested, depulped and dried, then carefully sorted. Roasted to a medium-light level, it offers notes of stonefruit, a subtle hint of port, and a rich, full-bodied cacao-toned aftertaste.
