Direct Import Espresso
Summary
Direct Import Espresso is a blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Canephora (Robusta). The Arabica component includes a pulped natural Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Campreste (Bob o Link Project) roasted at two levels for sweetness and body, and a fully washed Colombian coffee from Juan (Hacienda El Encanto). The Canephora comes from Craigmore Estate in India, adding strength and a clean character. Flavor profile is very chocolatey and nutty with low acidity and a rich crema. Grown at altitudes around 1100 meters.
