A single-origin coffee from the Mogiana Mountains in Brazil, produced by the Bob-o-Link Farmers Initiative, an association of family farms led by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. Grown at 900-1,100 meters, this coffee features Catuai and Bourbon varieties. Processed as pulped natural with natural drying. The medium roast yields a balanced, creamy cup with notes of whole milk chocolate, spices, nuts, apricots, and rock candy.
