Summary

This single origin coffee comes from La Guadua farm in San Pedro de Cartago, Nariño, Colombia. Produced by Jimmy Gomez and Yeison Burbano, second-generation coffee farmers, the Geisha variety is grown at 1,900-2,300 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a washed process with fermentation in mucilage and slow sun drying over two weeks. It is roasted to a light level and features flavour notes of yellow floral, lime, apricot, and acacia honey.
