Indonesia Gayo Highlands
Summary
Indonesia Gayo Highlands is a single origin coffee from smallholder farmers in the Gayo Highlands, Aceh, northern Sumatra. Grown at 1400m altitude, this Tim Tim variety coffee is processed using the traditional wet-hulled method (Giling Basah), which gives it a heavy mouthfeel and syrupy body. The cup offers notes of grapefruit, chocolate, plum, dark chocolate, cedar, warm spice, and herbal earthiness, with low acidity and a long, smooth finish. Medium roasted and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
