Kenya Gichuka Aa
Summary
A single origin specialty coffee from the Kimaratia cooperative in Kiambu, Kenya. The coffee is hand-harvested from smallholder farms and undergoes a fully washed process with fermentation for 24-72 hours, followed by drying on raised African beds for 12-21 days. Roasted to a light roast profile. Offers flavour notes of blackcurrant, grapefruit, and molasses with a light to medium body and lively, structured acidity. Suitable for both filter brewing (pour over, V60, Aeropress) and espresso-based milk drinks.
