Summary
A single origin light roast coffee from smallholder producers in San José, Cochabamba, Bolivia. The coffee is Red Catuaí variety, fully washed processed, grown at 1,600–1,900 metres above sea level. The cup profile features jammy raspberry, ripe blackberry, delicate floral notes, with occasional winey or rum-like depth from fermentation. Bright, crisp body with natural sweetness. Best brewed as filter (V60, Aeropress, pour over, Chemex). Freshly roasted to order in Canterbury.
