It is produced by 25 smallholder women producers who manage their farms independently. The coffee is composed of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, grown at elevations between 1,350 and 1,800 meters above sea level. It features tasting notes of caramel, nutty, and citrus. The coffee is roasted to order and is available in whole bean form.
