Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica · mostly washed and natural lots

Methodical is a specialty coffee roaster from Greenville, South Carolina, with a second café in Columbia. Since 2014, they've been roasting in small batches to highlight each bean's natural sweetness and character—never masking origin behind a heavy roast. Their lineup spans three moods: Classic (rich and bold), Contemporary (bright and balanced), and Avant-garde (light and funky), so there's a coffee for every craving. They source through long-term producer partnerships, champion regenerative farming, and obsess over quality control. You can order online, subscribe for regular deliveries, or visit their cafes. Self-described 'nerds, not snobs,' they make coffee feel welcoming, not intimidating.
