Summary
A limited edition microlot from Uganda, produced by Norman Mukuru and Maria Kirya at The Coffee Yard in Bukyabo, Sironko District. Grown at 1870-2200 MASL. Varieties include SL14, SL28 and Nyasaland. The coffee undergoes a 72-hour barrel ferment followed by 28 days of sun-drying. Flavour notes: boozy fruit, pineapple, mango, tamarind, almond and nougat. Sourced in partnership with The Coffee Gardens, who run social and environmental projects supporting local farming communities.
